Air-cooled Vacuum Cooler

5. Vacuum System:Busch / Leybold / Rietschle vacuum pumps (Germany).
6. Water vapor capture system: Main unit adopts BITZER semi-hermetic screw compressor.
7. Cooling Method:Air-cooled (No external water source required, flexible installation).
8. Chamber Dimensions: Customizable.
9. Door Type: Hydraulic flap door, Sliding door, or Manual door (Optional).
10. Applicable Produce: Leafy vegetables, thin-peeled fruits, edible mushrooms, etc.

Main components of a pre-cooler:

1.Vacuum chamber

It is welded with carbon steel, and the structural frame is integrally welded with carbon steel. The pre-cooler door adopts a hydraulic flap door, as shown in the figure below:

2.Vacuum system

It adopts rotary vane oil pumps from Busch, Leybold, or Rietschle (Germany), with a specially customized design to prevent emulsification of the vacuum pump oil.

3.Refrigeration system

Refrigeration System: The system utilizes a German BITZER semi-hermetic screw compressor as the main refrigeration unit. It features an air-cooled finned condenser. The core components of the water trap (cold trap) are manufactured using a hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring durability and high-efficiency water vapor capture.

4.Control System

Controlled by PLC + touch screen, featuring a user-friendly interface, one-touch start, and fully automatic operation.
