2 Pallets Vacuum Cooler
1. Loading method: Direct loading using electric forklift
2. Pre-cooling temperature: From ambient temperature to 2°C
3. Pre-cooling capacity per batch: 1000 kg
4. Pre-cooling time: 25 minutes
5. Vacuum system: Equipped with Busch / Leybold / Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum vacuum pumps
6. Water vapor capture system: Main unit adopts BITZER semi-hermetic screw compressor
7. Cooling method: Evaporative cooling, no concerns about water scaling or freezing in winter
8. Internal chamber dimensions: L2.6 × W1.4 × H2.2 m
9. Pre-cooler door: Hydraulic flap door
10. Suitable fruits and vegetables: Leafy vegetables, fruits with loose cuticles, edible mushrooms, etc.
Main components of a pre-cooler:
1.Vacuum chamber
It is welded with carbon steel, and the structural frame is integrally welded with carbon steel. The pre-cooler door adopts a hydraulic flap door, as shown in the figure below:
2.Vacuum system
It adopts rotary vane oil pumps from Busch, Leybold, or Rietschle (Germany), with a specially customized design to prevent emulsification of the vacuum pump oil.
3.Refrigeration system
The German Bitzer semi-hermetic screw compressor is used as the main refrigeration unit, and a self-made evaporative condenser is used as the condenser. The core components of the water catcher (cold trap) are manufactured using the hot-dip galvanizing process. All refrigeration valves are of the Danish Danfoss brand, ensuring durability and excellent water capture performance
4.Control System
Controlled by PLC + touch screen, featuring a user-friendly interface, one-touch start, and fully automatic operation.
