Main components of a pre-cooler:

1.Vacuum chamber

It is made of carbon steel/304 stainless steel through welding, with the structural frame integrally welded from carbon steel/stainless steel. The pre-cooler door is a vertical lifting door, and the conveying system is welded from stainless steel loading plates and conveyor wheel rails. The conveying system is directly driven by a gear reducer, as shown in the figure below:

2.Vacuum system

A dry pump set is used (a dry water ring vacuum pump + dry Roots vacuum pump evacuate to the saturation pressure corresponding to the boiling point of water evaporation, then switch to a dry screw pump to continue evacuating to the saturation pressure corresponding to water vapor at 2°C).

3.Refrigeration system

The German Bitzer semi-hermetic screw compressor is used as the main refrigeration unit, and a self-made evaporative condenser is used as the condenser. The core components of the water catcher (cold trap) are manufactured using the hot-dip galvanizing process. All refrigeration valves are of the Danish Danfoss brand, ensuring durability and excellent water capture performance

4.Loading System

The system utilizes loading plates for operation (two loading plates are used alternately for inbound and outbound processes—while Loading Plate A is inside the chamber for pre-cooling, Loading Plate B is outside the chamber for loading/unloading, and vice versa). This significantly enhances pre-cooling efficiency.

5.Control System

Controlled by PLC + touch screen, featuring a user-friendly interface, one-touch start, and fully automatic operation.
